Your Investment in Photography
Professional Photography is not cheap, but neither is the image you want to create! At the same time, we realize you have a budget and therefore, we provide a variety of options.
All shoots feature Robin Sommer and Bill Rettberg, a husband and wife team of full time professional photographers with a combined experience level of 61 years!
- The Standard Rate of photography for each room will be the amount you charge your guest for a one night stay in that room. This includes, the bathroom, props and any other enhancements you wish to feature.
- Common Areas are a flat $100 per location
- Post production work is included to enhance the images.
- You receive a finished high resolution DVD or flash drive of all images taken, with all rights for reproduction released to you. The DVD or flash drive is a flat rate of $200.
- After you pay $500 in services, your DVD is comlimentary!
- Exterior photographs of the Inn or attractions in the area you wish to promote on your site are based on $100 per view. These images are also included on your DVD or flash drive.
- Travel cost will be quoted at the time of our initial consultation.
- The cost of hotel/motel will be added for any overnight assignments, unless lodging at your inn is provided. Hotel/motel accommodation must be prepaid.
- A deposit of $250 is required with the contract. Balance to be paid before shipping of the final images to you. Your images will be shipped via FedEx Next Day.
